KT Plan Support

1. Our Services

KT Plan Support provides two main services:

  • NDIS Support Services – including Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, Capacity Building, and Community & Social Support.

  • Carpentry & Maintenance Services – including renovations, extensions, repairs, and general home maintenance in the Ballarat region.

2. NDIS Services

  • Our NDIS services are available to people with an approved NDIS plan.

  • All services are delivered in line with the NDIS Code of Conduct and relevant NDIS Practice Standards.

  • Charges for NDIS services are based on the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Service agreements will be made with each participant to outline supports, responsibilities, and costs.

3. Carpentry & Maintenance Services

  • Carpentry services are quoted individually.

  • A written quote will be provided before work begins.

  • All work is carried out by a qualified and insured professional.

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice.

4. Participant & Client Responsibilities

When engaging KT Plan Support, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your needs, goals, and funding (if relevant).

  • Give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment (see cancellation below).

  • Treat our team with respect and courtesy.

5. Cancellations

  • For NDIS services, cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled appointment may be charged in line with NDIS rules.

  • For carpentry services, cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled work may incur a fee to cover time and materials.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy and will protect your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

  • Information will only be shared with your consent, unless required by law.

7. Feedback & Complaints

  • We welcome feedback at any time to improve our services.

  • If you have a complaint, you can raise it directly with us, or if not resolved, with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

8. Liability

  • While we take every care in providing our services, KT Plan Support is not liable for indirect loss, damage, or injury that may occur in connection with the services provided, except where required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
